Overview: The Content Manager and Instructional Designer is responsible for collaborating with internal staff, subject matter experts, and third parties to develop, write, implement, and maintain content for iLearningEngine's online trainings, bulletin streams, and other content. The ongoing tasks of maintaining our proprietary LMS and the content that the LMS contains falls to me.
Deliverables: Ongoing LMS work including, course creation and management, development of SOP’s and the ability to manage our online libraries.

I’ve helped build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for my role, ensuring meticulous documentation and consistently organized workflows.
Each course was fully scripted prior to development, with the scripts informed by extensive research.
We've created announcements in the form of quarterly documents that cover all of our LMS additions and revisions.
